Was fortunate tonight to get to try this tasty Pinot from Belle Glos. Usually I find a Pinot needs a little time to age before I will really enjoy drinking it. I find that if I don’t allow a Pinot to age at least 3-5 years, it just has a taste that’s too ‘new’. Well, not this wine. I felt like I was drinking a 2005 until I took a second look at the label and realized it was s 2008. What a great wine, and with the recent drop in price for good Pinot’s, this is a hec of a wine!
