We just enjoyed a great meal at Paul Martin’s Bistro. A nice bottle of Kelly Fleming Cabernet accompanied the Salmon, Artichoke and Chicken Skewers quite nicely. Dark fruit flavor that begins with a little spice at the tounge, only to end with a smooth and lush finish.
